How do rent payments work?
Does the tenant pay you, then you pay me?
Rent is paid to RPM Dade by the tenant; we then deposit the money in our trust account. Most of our tenants—more than 80%—pay their rent online. We direct deposit the current month’s rent, less our charge, and any other costs, into the bank account of your choice after the money has cleared the bank. Weekly owner payments are made.
